Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County: Howard Office Center
CRockCity’s work at the Howard Office Center included the interior renovation to existing office spaces for the Metro ITS Department.
In addition to the renovation, the scope of work included finish upgrades and furniture installation in coordination with Metro General Services. Specifics included the interior furniture coordination with selective demolition of walls, doors, windows, hardware, construction of new walls, demountable walls, casework, paint, carpet, limited acoustical ceiling work, limited MEP work, and schedule creation and supervision. The project incorporated minor MEP engineering services for permit drawings, specifically for lighting designs.
The project team carefully planned all construction to mitigate disruption to the rest of the occupied building. As such, the work was conducted in phases to allow Metro ITS employees to not be disturbed by construction-related activities.
