Metropolitan Government of Nashville & Davidson County: Metro One Stop Permit Office

This project included the renovation of existing spaces, flooring, ceiling, walls, doors and frames, signage, additional, communication cabling, audio/visual, electrical, plumbing and mechanical. RockCity also completed the demolition of existing walls/doors, construction of temporary partitions, installation of wood trim, installation of new/existing doors/frames/hardware and supervision.

To coordinate efficient construction activities, RockCity worked with the entire project team and end users to ensure resources were used wisely. Because of this upfront planning, the team was able to complete the project within the schedule parameters.
