Vanderbilt University: Schulman Center

Bulley & Andrews Rock City provided construction management services for the Schulman Center at Vanderbilt University. The Schulman Center is designed to support the religious, social and educational needs of Jewish students. The facility features a vegetarian café, student lounge, assembly hall, and a multipurpose space that also functions as a sanctuary. The 10,000 sq. ft. renovation included a Kosher kitchen, HVAC system upgrades, and the addition of an exterior vestibule to enhance security and functionality.
