U.S. Bank – Burkitt Commons Denovo

Bulley & Andrews Rock City successfully completed the interior tenant improvement for the new U.S. Bank Burkitt Commons Branch in Nolensville, Tennessee. The project transformed an empty tenant shell into a fully functional, modern banking facility aligned with U.S. Bank’s design standards and operational requirements.

This build-out included all architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems necessary to convert the raw space into a welcoming, secure, and efficient branch environment. The space features high-quality interior finishes, custom millwork, energy-efficient lighting, and integrated technology and security systems to support daily banking operations.
