Austin Peay State University: Kimbrough Student Success Center

B&A Rock City provided extensive renovations to the Kimbrough Student Success Center at Austin Peay State University. The project updated a significant portion of the 30-year-old building, enhancing the campus experience for years to come.

30,000 sq. ft. of classroom and office space was renovated. An existing conference room and offices transformed into a new Student Success Center to house the college’s academic advisors and career counselor.

The interior and exterior renovations included:

• A student success center to house the university’s student success team in one space for convenient access
• Re-imagined classrooms designed to enhance collaboration for student and faculty interactions
• A boardroom to provide meeting and presentation space for students, faculty and staff
• Modernized lecture hall and restrooms
• Modernized classrooms into active learning spaces, and ADA modifications to the lecture hall and restrooms
