Austin Peay State University: O’Malley Welcome Center

Bulley & Andrews Rock City provided construction management services to convert a former car dealership into the O’Malley Welcome Center at Austin Peay State University (APSU). The 5,800 sq. ft. facility is designed to accommodate the increasing enrollment at APSU and serve as a first impression of the campus for students and visitors.

Strategically positioned between the APSU campus and downtown Clarksville, the Welcome Center serves as the starting point for campus tours and is home to admissions officers who support prospective students throughout their college journey.
