Murfreesboro Transit Center
Bulley & Andrews Rock City served as the construction manager for the new Murfreesboro Transit Center. The scope included three separate buildings totaling 16,000 sq. ft. on 5.74 acres of land.
The project features six steel canopy structures designed to serve as bus pick-up stops. It also incorporates an asphalt parking lot for employees and commuters, along with a large concrete drive to loop buses in and out of the property.
Building One encompasses 10,000 sq. ft. and includes an office, break room, and check-in booth. Building Two is a 3,000 sq. ft. transit pavilion with both indoor and outdoor space. Also totaling 3,000 sq. ft., Building Three is designated for bus maintenance.
